Jennifer Schwerin is a people strategist and executive coach who helps leaders show up with presence and impact. She’s led culture-shaping work at Planned Parenthood Southeastern PA, the Red Cross GNY, Habitat for Humanity NYC, and most recently as Chief People Officer at Marina Maher Communications, (Omnicom Group) where she built high-performing teams and an award-winning culture.
An NYU-certified executive coach, she’s trained in Hogan Assessments, and accredited in the Enneagram. She's Brooklyn-based, vinyl-obsessed, and always people-first.
Diane Fakhouri joins Moxie’s full-service offering with a shared passion for building cultures where people and performance thrive.
Diane is a seasoned Chief People Officer and Chief Learning Officer with deep roots in the communications and advertising industries. Her career spans leadership roles at Ketchum, Marina Maher Communications, and Ogilvy. She is certified in both Hogan Assessments and Prosci Change Management.
